Featuring strongly in the seminar will be a work shop session in the early afternoon in which delegates can elect to participate in sessions on one of two critical issues affecting Awarding Bodies and Professional Associations.
The first presents and addresses the scenario in which there is a threat of litigation from a candidate unhappy with the awarding process.
The second relates to an allegation from a provider that too few distinctions are being awarded for a qualification and the investigatory process that follows.
